Risk assessment forms need to be complete a they show the producers and cast any possible risks tha may occur and how to handle them. These forms allow us to try and protect the crew and cast.

There is no way to prevent this other than watching where you re going and having an emergency first aid kit with you incase the wist happens and a phone to call for help.
